Does the FCC have prosecutoral power? If not he needs to find the wrong doings, which is obvious and bring in the DOJ. Will be interesting to follow.
Read the article. FCC is proposing a $200 million fine against the carriers who provided Schiff his data. That does not preclude a recommendation to DOJ to investigate any illegalities uncovered.
