Thinking that making their job less stressful is more important than 30 million other people losing their jobs
At least you have jobs you fucks
I get it, you have a tough job, and we are thankful for that. You are doing great
That doesn't mean you get to cry every god damn second when someone else wants their lives back and then post Tik Tok dancing videos
WE DID OUR JOB. WE STAYED HOME TO HELP. NOW LET US HAVE OUR JOBS AND LIVES BACK
I've noticed nurses (especially younger nurses) are predisposed to having an insufferably large ego. It's not so much that they were too stupid to become doctors as they just can't seem to stand it that they're not placed on the same level as actual doctors. The conversations I've had with them, they constantly deride everybody patients and doctors, as being stupid or incompetent.
It's like there's a big nursing sorority where they all tell each other how great they are. That's probably why all these dancing tik toks are happening, because "who wouldn't think we're the greatest people ever?"
As a doctor, I can confirm. Many see doctors as their competition, esp. younger ones. Many nurses think they are the boss and hate the idea that they have to take orders from doctors. It's like walking on egg shells around them.
This. I can't count how many nurses I see belittle MD residents (hospital Rph here) and think they know better
