Another thought... (notice the shaver on the table beside him.. lol). His motto has always been:

"Get up, Dress up, Show up".

He meant, get your lazy ass out of bed, take a shower, and make your self presentable, and then Get the fuck out there and DO SOMETHING..

As a Kid I got so tired of hearing that.. as an adult, it has become my daily practice... and obviously, drives my mom to make sure my dad is clean shaven, even if he is flat on his back. LOL. *sigh.
