My bet is on this video being fake. What microphone is picking them up, that can hear both of these guys, constantly moving around the room, at every distance, of the same volume? The guy is across the room to the left and is exactly as audible as he was when he walked off-camera to the right.
I've never heard of Golden State Times, but based on their Twitter presence and their website, I don't see why they should be trusted. They're a clickbait organization.
"TRUST BUT VERIFY"
EDIT: Their website doesn't even have any way to contact them or explain who the fuck they are, AND they registered the domain through a proxy to hide their identity. That's a massive red fucking flag.
You really think a money-grubbing clickbait organization wouldn't easily fabricate this just to get Twitter attention and drive traffic? You can be right-wing and also be a fucking scumbag.
EDIT 2: According to their Twitter post about this, they are claiming it was their own mic.
Since when the fuck is this two-bit no-name operation in the press corps? There's only like a dozen reporters in there, and you're telling me one of them is this rinky-dink clickbait organization with barely even 8,000 Twitter followers?
They don't even have reporters. Go to their website and check - almost all of their "news" is just linking to other, legitimate organizations, and the posts of theirs that are on their own site aren't even signed by an author.
EDIT 3: I found the following contact information on their website.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, the practices of or your interactions with this Website, please contact us at [email protected]
Are you fucking kidding me? A fucking gmail account, that doesn't even have a fucking name related to their website? These cheap dumb lazy pricks couldn't even get an email through their own fucking domain?
This organization is 100,000% a fucking scam.
EDIT 4: Additionally, the first exchange, the guy walking into the room and walking by is continuing a conversation with the guy... but isn't even looking at him. He's cruising right by and they're both ignoring each other.
And the way he's prattling off these numbers is laughable. Nobody would be saying those numbers with that exactitude.
That shit is straight from a script someone is reading.
That’s what I just wrote. 2+2 is not equaling 4. Something funky is going on. 😡

You should make this it’s own post before TD swallows it whole.
