Janitors hired through 3rd party service providers under contract to the US Company. Because of discrimination laws, it would be very difficult to find out if that 3rd party hired contractor is legal to work or not. And more than likely with some basic stolen/borrowed/lent/leased paperwork, they are "legal" from the standpoint of an inquiry from an endpoint account.
