Gotta physically remove him from Office, and make him stand trial for mass murder. Most of our Governors deserve that. Citizen's arrest is perfectly legal if we're stopping a felony in progress. Not many Governors are innocent of that. Due process gives us time to also charge them for their every act of tyranny, and the Court record helps us get all our rights back including the right to free and fair elections. We can also file civil suits against their own money so they die as paupers in prison, which is essential to send a clear message to future would-be tyrants. That message won't last 245 years, but longer than 20.
