Pretty certain they weren't nurses. Since they are complaining about lack of PPE and he was wearing a full set outside. Wasting it.

So if he was a nurse he should be sacked for wasting hospital resources.

Foto-Fake — beta nurse was protecting an apartment building or the state labor board building. Did not see any hospital in the area on the map.
