Think about it, if the virus was made in a chinese lab and the vaccine is just a few weeks away, then what's to stop the Chinese from changing it when we reopen?
I think Trump wants to confuse them and make them either change it too quickly in anticipation and prove its a Chinese made virus, or make them argue among themselves when the right time is to strike and then Trump will have already helped half the country, especially the more vulnerable and made us stronger.
