With all airliners idling and fuel cheap as it is, can ICE charter those planes and start deporting illegals by the thousands daily?
All done under budget and ahead of schedule, of course.
Edit: Tie this to the stimulus package for airliners too.
I'd suggest Europeans do the same, you know, to help their airlines.

Good plan, but I prefer launching them over the wall with a cannon. Every launched illegal should have a note stapled to their shirt that says stay in your own country.
