That should be every nations default, but somehow the Chinese for example are allowed into almost all, not only but heavily Real-Estate markets. They own a lot of the Vineyards in France and Germany, buy Ports and Airports and not only that they buy up whole streets. How its even possible that Nations can sell out to this extent is beyond me
