USA Federal Gov. is not a communist dictatorship like China, the States have their own power and this is the strength of America not a weakness.

Why is everyone referring to the response as central government’s authority? They are here to help the States not dictate to them!!!
I have Euro friends who never understood why 50 states did things 50 different ways. I told them that it is 50 different experiments which explains how we often end up with the best solutions.
Today I just say to consider the EU. This is what happens when the bureaucrats in the capital decree every detail of governance in every state, and most of them see it right away.
Governors are pussies (not all). They wanted trump to run the show so they couldn't be blamed, would t have to make tough decisions, etc. It's amazing how the constitution is forcing every hand to work as intended. Governors (not all) said trump is an incompetent dictator, and then beg him to take over. It's an amazing timeline if you are paying attention.
