That wasn't him. That was governors and mayors. If POTUS had overruled them, he'd be called a dictator. I am sure POTUS will make sure the blame falls where it should. Furthermore, even in terms of the social distancing suggestions, it's quite obvious that POTUS can say he was listening to so-called experts on the task force. I give it until the end of the week. He closed immigration, so I think the switch is going to be so fast, it will freak out anyone on the fence about this this whole virus thing. But many large corporations not shutdown are having record sales, with no small business competition, so they want the fear to continue. So I could be way off, it might drag out a little longer.
