Those who have taken "The Package" will be allowed to sell any property they own and keep the proceeds, minus sales taxes of course. It's a simple and strait forward plan. They never really came here to become Americans. They only wanted Financing so they can have some $$ and then GTFO.......Or Else!

It's xenophobic if you are blocking immigration for ethnic, cultural or racial reasons. If you are blocking immigration to stabilize an economy and reduce unemployment, it's for internal economic reasons and therefore cannot be xenophobic by the very definition.
