Can confirm, I used to employ a lot of Hispanic masons, they are often amazing, the legal guys with licenses and insurance hated illegals because not only did they steal their business by undercutting them but they'd steal their tools and even license plates off their vehicles because theirs expired. One guy in particular said they did the same bullshit in Mexico too.
