Illinois gov announced today he doesn't expect a leveling off of cases now till Mid-May. I think there is something going on with the numbers....
It’s complicated because if a state is increasing their testing rapidly than confirmed cases will go up accordingly. Consistency in testing rates or a data metric that accounts for the testing increase would help.
We've been given sketchy numbers thru this whole process.
