From a pathology standpoint, it is ‘virtually impossible’ for a coronavirus derived from bats and mice to “mutate” and give itself the ability to attach to ACE-2 receptors found in human bronchial cells. This capability can only be achieved through gain of function experiments. (twitter.com)

I don't buy it. Wuhan virus is basically just a new SARS that couldn't be contained this time because China hushed it up early.

Hey I'm happy to blame China for all kinds of stuff, but I don't think they engineered this. I think they were just studying it and it got out because China's idea of quality control is a joke.
