Be careful with zinc. Too much can start to be very negative by stripping the copper from your blood production causing anemia. I would suggest no more than 15mg a day to be safe, as well as an avocado or oysters for copper.

Lastly, consider magnesium chloride for heart, digestive and nerve health, and glycine for healthy sleep.
