We can all certainly remove our Governors from Office, physically. It's a short list of which Governors shouldn't be. Citizen's arrest is perfectly legal if we're stopping a felony in progress. Nevada is one of only 3 States I'm aware of that publicly announced the policy of denying HCQ until you're already half-dead and need to be hospitalized. So in a way I almost respect the guy because at least he's honest about it, whereas the rest of us have Governors that are doing this without saying so.
If you've never spent any time staring death in the face while you struggle to breathe you can't fathom how horrible this policy is. It's like if your house is on fire and the fire truck is there and the water is hooked up but they won't turn it on until your house is fully engulfed in flames and there isn't much left to save.
Don't get me wrong, some people diagnosed positive can actually go to the hospital later after being denied medicine and ultimately be ok. But nobody knows which people will be fine and a Governor certainly doesn't. And those that will predictably have a bad outcome are also denied HCQ just like everyone else.

Arrest them for that and due process gives us time to also charge them with their every other act of tyranny, as well as file civil suits against their own money.
