You can tell if your Governor is a mass murderer by looking at the number of people recovered in your State compared to dead and total cases. It's obvious when Trump pills aren't being given to people, even though the Governor hasn't officially declared that as policy.
Governors get due process which gives us time to also charge them with their every other act of tyranny. People get medicine, this crisis is brought under control, people are back to work in about a week. Should've happened already, by Governors not being mass murderers.
