You are about to get on a plane and breath the same air as 100 other people for hours, that can't be better than setting in a bar for 30 minutes before your flight.

Hahaha.

I've unplugged airport TVs before. The constant CNN drivel is something I just can't stand.

It's kinda of rude to assume travelers want to be assaulted by invasive Fake News coverage.

F airport bars. If you get those little single-serve 1-1.5 oz liquor bottles you can bring AS MANY OF THEM AS YOU WANT through security / on the plane as long as they're in a clear bag.

For real though. They aren't serving any drinks, even water, on the flights because: covid 19. We have officially jumped the shark on this whole scam-demic.

Back in December we traveled to San Fran. (we saw little of the blithe as tourists). The city, at least in the tourist areas, was clean and other then an odd mentally ill person "washing" themselves down the street in the middle of the street... and another "bum" screaming into a garbage can.. we had a good trip. (We were there for a football game across the bay and stayed in San Fran because there isn't a ton to do in Oakland)

Got to the airport a bit early for our trip home and had one of the best Old Fashioned I've ever had. Twas fantastic.
