Obviously retaliate if attacked, but bring our men home. Why put them in harm's way?

We don't need to be in the middle east. SPEND THE MONEY ON BUILDING A STRONG ARMY AND INFRASTRUCTURE. NO MORE USELESS WARS FOR FOREIGN INTERESTS.
