Everytime I hear or read Trump saying Sleepy Joe, I automatically replace Sleepy with Creepy Pedo in my mind.
And that's why I say it's overkill. If Trump calls him Pedo Joe, that can be grounds for slander. But Sleepy changes automatically to Creepy in everyone's head already anyway.
