I think the one you're referring to is called "remdesivir". Made by the same company (Gilead Sciences) that put out the AZT treatment for HIV/AIDS with all kinds of terrible side effects.
Big Pharma is pushing remdesivir because it's really expensive ($1000/dose or for the course of treatment? Not sure on that one.)

Yes, and i think remdesivir could be an appropriate treatment late-stage, which HQC isn't.
