These institutions are committing fraud against children by over advertising the value of their product and over advertising available job markets after graduation.

Why should a 4 year degree in petroleum engineering cost the same as a 4 year degree in lesbian studies?

Why are all degrees 4 years? Does every single field have the same amount of essential content to be covered? Why should biology and finance both take the same amount of time?
