Thank you, that's a ton of good information. I'm coming from Illinois, used to live by Chicago moved to the country on a farm and want to move to a more free state. I am an engineer but would like a job and live on say 5 acres somewhere and build my homestead. Opinions?

Good info pede, had no idea the UN was dumping refugees in - that has been going on in Texas too.

We had been importing them by the thousands right before all of this virus hoax took off - here in Texas.

My instincts said something majorly screwy was going on.

Abbot isn't a Republican - he's an old school Democrat with an R next to him, just like Rick Perry. Yet "conservative" Texans kept voting for Pretty Ricky, even after he switched from D to R. He was even quoted as how he will still vote as a Democrat even though he has and R next to his name. Voted for Psycho George (aka George Bush) for governor for years too...

Yet the "conservative Christian" Texans kept voting for these people for decades, ignored Ron Paul and other Liberty canidates for the State House to vote for these types, and think Texas has always been "conservative" - right, sure.

People would vote for a glass of water if the media pushed the Overton window thinking old school Democrats (by their voting and mentality) are now called Republicans by name only, over "unelectable" Liberty Republicans.

People in this state have a very odd memory, including a lot of pedes here.

Here's the deal...

Texas has ALWAYS been a Democratic state (look at the list of all former govenors amd party affiliation), where as California is full on socialist, and has been for years.

Pedes scared of Texas turning purple - it's been that way, we're moving from our classical democrat ways to socalist.
