Bats are actually pretty cool. Think I read something about California trying to change how palm trees are maintained because bats love to rest in them. Hopefully China's lies don't have us exterminating bats over the "risk" they pose, but I would be curious to see whether Californians would side with China against bats or if China challenging eco warriors in Cali would suddenly see them treating bats like blue whales.

I agree. I love bats. I used to have a yard and I installed a bat house. They are great little creatures.
