Richard Besser, CDC director under Obama, was just on CNN today, 4/22 @ 2:30 PM. He was interviewed by Wolf Blitzer. He starts the interview by saying the responsibility of the CDC director is to manage the national stockpile. He basically admits that he failed at his own job. Wolf Blitzer never once asks him about why the stockpile was empty when Trump took office and not replenished.
