Good for him! Yes, over 60 is one of the risk groups. I'm sure he knows all about that and what to do to minimize the risk. It's never been legal to quarantine the healthy. The legal liability here is insane. Usually if we sue it's just We the People that pay the settlement. Apparently Governors can be sued against their own money.
