If they stopped domestic flights from Wuhan while allowing international flights from Wuhan the yes, that is direct evidence that the spread of the virus beyond Chinas borders was in fact intentional.
You would think the ‘act of war’ would have a higher fatality rate then. Assuming the leak was deliberate.
Demoralize your enemy. Then when they are weak and sick is when you strike.
What probably happened is it was an accidental leak of a virus. Perhaps it was meant to be extremely lethal but it leaked before it was refined enough.
Would certainly explain the full on Military response and Draconian measures they implemented fairly rapidly. They knew what it was supposed to do. But not what it would do because they weren’t done refining it. So they didn’t take any chances.
Look at all the damage it caused without it having a much higher fatality rate with the policies and actions taken place because of the virus. If it had a much higher fatality rate, they put themselves in danger.
so they didn't know whether they had refined it or not? doesn't add up, really.
