I just said this last night, pick a major chain and test some of the workers in every state for antibodies. They've been out interacting with the public at normal levels (less so than medical workers). See how many of them have had it. Look at any existing statistics for deaths and confirmed cases for store workers. That's the real data we should be looking at as a worst case scenario and they're doing ok.
