No, you isolate the legitimately at-risk people, encourage isolation of the elderly, and so on. Build herd immunity as fast as possible among the healthy people who won't end up in a hospital. Instead, we isolate all, then unisolate all and boom, you are 100% guaranteed to get some unnecessary resurgence.
