I have had a lot of benefit from non-western or traditional medicine, such as chiro, nutrition (this is the most ridiculous of your claims to make is not helpful), etc, and other things dismissed by western medicine: sauna, contrast tubs, etc.
Meanwhile, I have only suffered extreme harm under western medicine, to the point I wised up to it before they most likely would have killed me. They almost did; it’s amazing I survived.
Nurses also don't have the credentials to question medical policy unlike doctors. And I'm not saying that most doctors do actually question policy, but a few of them do, and all of them could if they wanted.
They're making sure that they elevate the people that they can control.
My theory is they are trying to pedestal them to the highest degree possible, then reveal that most hospitals are empty and most staff are reduced to on-call, laid off, or doing nothing except making dance videos and getting free Krispy Kremes while still getting paid.
