Wonder what she'll call for when there is no food in grocery stores, or no power to cook your food, or no water coming out of the faucet. I don't think she thought this through.

This is what happens when you pick your politicians through a contest.

She'll just call for the people to demand that the government provides food/water/shelter/utilities.

She seems to not quite grasp that the government is just an inefficient system run by bureaucrats that cannot magically solve problems.

I've got a buddy that still complains that Trump didn't "force" companies to build ventilators quick enough with the DPA. Even if you thought a command economy was a good thing it's a real disconnect to believe that yelling "do it now" would somehow increase output efficiency of any system. If your factory can produce 1 grapple grommet per hour having big govt say you need to make more doesn't really do much of anything...

Came here to say this. If the truly stupid and scared want to stay home and not do their jobs anymore, people who actually can think for themselves will be more than happy to take their place.

I already know once my office re-opens, it's probably going to be a ghost town for a while. I think most of the people I work with will stay home out of fear, cause most of them are brain-dead millennials. I wish my generation was smarter than that, but the education system really gave them a good brain f*cking.

i told my girl, if you want to keep your job, you better show up to the office at least 3 times a week. Half the office aren't doing that, but the boss sure as hell takes notice

You better believe the minute they re-open the office, I'm there. I'll wear the idiotic (and completely useless) face mask if I must, but I'm not staying locked in my office because all the Karens and Beckys out there are too scared to open their front doors.

In their stupid little worlds, they all truly believe they will be fine jumping on unemployment. I saw some idiot online yesterday telling the protesters to calm down, go back home, get on funemployment, and enjoy their vacations like he was.

It's just pure stupidity.

When AOC says stupid things like this, it reinforces the notion that she could be a Republican operative, lol.

This will just increase Amazon's dominance. Does she want that?

I am ok with this as long as they boycott their unemployment as well. We need to replenish the homeless population.
