Were POTUS' calls unconstitutional? Because most governor behavior is simply mirroring federal guidance.

Did every single governor of the 42 states that imposed some measure of shutdown ban HCQ or suggest fines and jail time for failure to wear a mask in public? I can speak for Colorado and the answer is no, and our gov is a communist Dem. And our reopen date is BEFORE the federal April 30, and has been set and unchanged for 3 weeks.

I agree that many of those examples are outrageous and unlawful. I'm not convinced that the majority of those cases were malicious/designed rather than an unfortunate expression of governmental panic during an unprecedented situation. I think this is a great time (and maybe our last chance) to all focus on local and state politics. These matter day-to-day more than the nonsense of DC.
