I have a sister and a friend in elder apartments. It’s like they are in jail, except criminals have privileges. It’s horrible! My husband any I are both retired. We walk from 2-3 miles a day and we have gone shopping more in the last 4 weeks and spent more money — than in the previous 4 months. I am usually a homebody — but not when any government tells me I have to be.

That's what we've been doing, too. Bro Covfefe goes to the store everyday, even if it's just to buy bread.

He's been told by the police to go home and not come out to "buy gum" and the 2 of us have been given the stink eye for shopping together.

Our elderly neighbors are in 2 groups. Some stay inside and let their children deal with everything (they're fortunate). Others fit in a walk by taking the long way to the store.

There are plenty who live alone and are denied their social outlets; church, cards, coffee.
