Entire Nations have given up on testing having found that a Dr's diagnosis is more reliable. I have no idea who made any such diagnosis in this location, how much experience they have with this disease, nor any other pertinent detail. But it doesn't mean that these aren't CCPvirus fatalities.

There are many cases that are totally unrelated to de plague, that get counted in anyway. But Drs can tell, and usually when someone dies from this they've been caring for their patient for some time so they know.
