Simple solution, pay the loan back immediately and fire anyone who complained. That’s what I’d do, fuck having freeloaders on my staff. I’m looking to get a small amount from the PPP begrudgingly because I hate bailouts but fuck it, as much as I’ve paid in taxes the past few years it’s only a marginal ‘rebate’. Accountant sent in the PreApp the night b4 funding ran out, now there’s round 2 and today’s payday. Only one of my 4 that I laid off filed unemployment the others are part time with a second job still sorta working. The only one on unemployment, since they just started a few months ago, got approved for $185 week, to which I agreed to match the average of their last 4 paychecks minus the unemployment loan or no loan, that started 2 weeks ago.
