I would like to see the city council's, legislators and liberal voters that caused the problem fix it. No bailouts from the fed for self inflicted failures
I work with homeless people. The ones who want help can get it through the programs we offer. Most of the chronic homeless who aren’t schizophrenic just don’t like being held accountable for their actions/being told what to do.

Oh there's a ton of things to do. Prosecute drug crimes and create sanitary tent city jails in the outskirts of town -- offer rehab, mental care, or job opportunities to go to the states in the middle of the country begging for more population, and let them sit there or get better. At least they will have proper bathrooms and showers.
