I grew up in Marietta/Roswell area and now live in Stockbridge.
GA is great and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. We have our share of liberals in the cities but I think that's going to be the case almost everywhere.
Cheap cost of living compared to a lot of states. Biggest downside for me, that I didn't put thought into prior, lack of substantive coastline, particularly in relation to where jobs are located.
I love this guy. Guys, should I move to GA? This place is seeming pretty based amidst all this fuckery.

Perhaps consider Bartow or Cherokee Counties, or the immediate environs.
