Shortly before I moved out of a certain midwestern city (to another midwestern city) in the mid-2000s, there was an exponential increase in RAPE against extremely young kids - and even then it was always listed as the sanitized 'sexual assault of a minor', with the age of victim and RACE/geographic origin of OFFENDER BURIED in the article, if mentioned at all (sez right here Jose Valdez - those damn scandinavians!). The perps were, with almost no deviation, either from the middle east where child RAPE/marriage was not just condoned but sanctioned by their disgusting 'religion' or LATINO, and the rate has only increased since then. This nation has desperately needed 'tort reform' for DECADES but since 99% of the legislators are slimy lawyers, this apparently will never happen and these human scum will continue to act with complete impunity. I agree with you - I hope they're released into the 'general population' and not held back 'for their own safety', Bubba & The Thugs of Cell Block #9 have their own special justice for child-rapists.
