If you watch the whole thing the guy was briefing a report about the half life of the virus under different temperatures, humidity levels, UV light, also on the effectiveness of bleach, Lysol et cetera. John Carlls question had nothing to do with anything and he was clearly being a prick. I think Trump was giving him the benefit of the doubt that he was asking a serious question, but also was hung up on the heat and light thing and then went on to ask Dr. Birx if heat or light could be used on people as treatment.
