I didn't know why they didn't go further and suggest people start running humidifiers and/or vaporizers in their homes, opening up the curtains on sunny days to let the sunlight in. Perhaps take some items out in the sun during the sunny days to let the sun bake the juju off them. So I guess I'm recommending those here now. You could also put some Isopropyl Alcohol in a spray bottle to spray surfaces (some surfaces might not be good to spray or color fast, so do a test spot) indoors or out. Out in areas that don't receive sunlight (toys, playgrounds). Or flip the outside toys over so the sun hits all sides of the object. You should also keep your air filters changed often, or, at least take them out and spray them with the alcohol, let it dry completely before you put it back in. In addition to the normal built in the hvac filters, I run additional filters by duct taping a 20 inch filter to a 20 inch box fan (probably the most standard fan there is). Don't get the bottom end filter, look for one that is rated to filter virus level particles. If you have a shared air system (live in a duplex or apartment that shares air with another unit) you should probably consider duct taping some virus rated filters over all in flowing air registers to your living space. Might also be a good idea to not turn the air conditioner on until you just can't stand it. Perhaps bump up the heat in your living space to shorten the time the virus can live on surfaces.
Okay, as I look back at this post, it sure is helter skelter all over the place, perhaps I'll organize my thoughts a bit better and make a post later. Hope you were able to follow something in that ramble.
