I thought this from the very beginning. I figured it was all hype so that dems and China to conspire together to destroy the economy and hopefully, Trump wouldn't get re-elected. I figured the models being offered was nothing more than validation of some sort of "OMGosh! Virus Panic! We Gots to Shut Everything Down, NAO!"
