it's politics, damned if he does damned if he doesn't. It's just too risky to for him to go full in on open tomorrow and be slightly wrong in some way and or have it get worse again for a little while. Even if by our standards "worse" isn't all that bad.
Or hypothetically this was an "attack" whose to say whom ever had a hand in the first wave doesn't have another strain or slightly worse strain to release if he goes "all in" on "it's fine" and make him look stupid to the masses.
We can never know all the information he/they do.... that's what fucking sucks. Trump is the first president i trust, but is he is surrounded by people like fauci and birx and never had a chance before this to deal with them / weed them out.... What are you going to do short term? New virus from china, immediately fire or bash the "top" medical staff in the USA? Suicide move for fake news to easily manipulate. He's sadly i think playing the game. Playing the middle ground, leaning lightly towards it's not so bad, even if he knows or thinks this strain / wave isn't that bad at all. Just to risky to not get egg on his face....
If he can just safely navigate these stormy swamp waters successfully until and after the election.... gloves come off.. If that doesn't happen, I'll be the first one to be extremely dissapointed.
