This is next level desperation. Rahm Emanuel is not stupid. He has apparently figured out that Biden is the Titanic candidate heading straight for the iceberg. So he's trying to spin the narrative back to Biden's favor but nobody will buy this. It's no different than saying McCain was the Trump candidate back in the day. Nobody is that stupid.
