Trump's idea on principle would basically be putting a big ol' UV light inside a dialysis machine. Honestly I have no idea if that would be helpful or harmful or neither, but it's not a ridiculous proposition by any measure. Definitely logical to ask after being shown a big presentation about the effects of sunlight on bare virus particulate.

My instinct would say that a press briefing isn't an appropriate venue for spitballing such ideas. Seeing the media chimp out about it afterwards? Yeah, I'm definitely wrong on that one. Fuckin' worth it!
