How do you even upload to.win? I've had things I wanted to upload, but there's no button to do it when I go to post. I don't miss reddit, but I do miss the narwal app that made it so easy to interact with.
The same thing most “companies” have happen to them. It blew up way way bigger than they expected. Now it’s full of ads to keep it running. I understand it’s a damned if you do damned if you don’t, but I’d rather use a smaller host. Especially one that can show the picture on .win without having to leave the site.
I’m gonna say it, imgur sucks and it’s reddit lite.
I cannot upload pics to .win. Never works for some reason; just keeps asking for a picture even though I have uploaded it.
Will do in future, Thanks.
Since you're in the mood for it, here's another image sharing protip:
Add a ".jpg" to the end of the url when you upload a pic, that will create a thumbnail you can expand from the main feed.
So your link would look like: https://imgur.com/a/FSpc1Pm.jpg
...& it doesn't matter if the file isn't actually a jpg, it'll work anyway
Bookmarked thanks

try changing it to a .jpg
does he look like he knows what a .jpg is?
GOOD point.
Oh it always is. My suspicion is it is firefox as I have problem with other sites that are immediately resolved by using another browser.
Chrome though....yuk.
I have that problem sometimes. It’s annoying.
Maybe check your vpn
What's so bad about it? I use it all the time to link images.

Most people just don't know how to link the image properly.
If you right click the image and copy the link address, like so...
https://i.imgur.com/n4iXZQV.jpg
You get a direct link to the photo without any imgur site or ads.
This is great to know. I will use this format in the future
