Idk if you mean ones that mimic the light of the sun or ones with UV rays. Do not expose yourself to UV light, especially for an extended period, because UV light damages DNA and RNA (this is why it kills viruses and also why too much sunlight can give you cancer).
UV lights can be used to disinfect PPE or other objects but shouldn't be used on living organisms. The proposed UV light technology for humans is on a different spectrum than normal UV light that apparently doesn't affect humans.
Full spectrum grow lights seem like they would work well to me. I was thinking about putting them in my bathroom and already have one in my kitchen. I dunno. It does pick up the mood a bit when I'm inside. It's cold here. Plus, they don't seem too strong, no sunburn or suntan from exposure.
The irony is that by coming into contact with them by arresting them, the cops & their overlords are risking even more exposure to the virus than if they had just let them break the rules. 🙃

If you have children get them the fuck outside. Don't keep them inside for months on end. Grow up with weak bones.
