If it were ridiculous, Trump would not have said it. It's that simple. When you have doubts turn to your FAITH is enough for he leads for a REASON. That should be more than enough pede.
He just said he was being sarcastic. I think he was really just thinking out loud about the "internal" use of alcohol or bleach. He had likely just heard in passing about the very new experimental use of some UV light in conjunction with a ventilator, so he was probably serious when he asked about internal use of UV light being a possible treatment.
While some hand sanitizers use ethyl alcohol (same alcohol as in alcoholic beverages), most use isopropyl alcohol (commonly known as "rubbing alcohol"). The only medical treatments I've ever heard of using ethyl alcohol are for severe withdrawal symptoms from alcoholic beverage abuse, and for preventing kidney damage after ingestion of methylene glycol (antifreeze). Isopropyl alcohol is definitely for external use only!
Could be but many who are in touch with these things are enlightening us now about treatments that indeed mean injections but may be extreme. Chemo therapy for example is injecting "chem"icals to "clean" the body, exactly as Trump said. I think we can simply trust this man and he will guide us though we may not see it yet.
