Kind of like "bully" about 10 years ago.

Everything was about who bullied who.

Eventually when one kid wedging another kid so hard the waist band tore off his tightie-whities was labeled the same as not inviting 4 of your class mates to your birthday party at your home, the word lost its meaning.
